We’re always looking for new ways to bring the Bâton Rouge experience to more guests, and our Moncton location is the beginning of something exciting. Located inside the Crowne Plaza building in downtown Moncton, this restaurant marks a bold step forward: our very first integration within a hotel. It’s a brand-new concept, one that blends the trusted comfort of premium accommodation with the unmistakable warmth, flavour, and service of Bâton Rouge.
Why Hotels? Why Now?
The answer is simple: synergy. Partnering with hotels allows us to create a seamless guest experience. Downtown professionals and tourists can now enjoy our flame-grilled dishes and expertly crafted cocktails without ever leaving the hotel, saving them time and money. Locals also benefit by getting a central, easy-to-access restaurant that fits perfectly into their downtown atmosphere.
Looking Ahead
Moncton was our first step, but definitely not our last. We’re already exploring what’s next for this model, and we see plenty of opportunity to grow through meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships in the hospitality space. While we can’t reveal our next destination just yet, let’s just say… another hotel collaboration may be warming up.
