On July 9, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of Bâton Rouge LaSalle, and we pulled out all the stops. From the moment the evening began, the atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, music, and the unmistakable aroma of ribs sizzling on the patio grill. We gathered with local influencers and loyal guests who’ve been part of our journey since day one. Attendees enjoyed an exclusive first taste of our bold new cocktails, including the Spicy Mango Margarita, Red Bull Melon Rush, Violet Twist, and Cherry Limeade. Meanwhile, a Red Bull car amped up the energy with a live DJ set that kept the good vibes going.
Outside, our chef fired up the grill and served our signature ribs hot off the patio barbecue, paired perfectly with our fan-favourite $25 Ribs & Beer special. And yes, we topped it all off with a giant Bâton Rouge birthday cake to mark an incredible first year. This event was more than a celebration, it was our way of saying thank you. Your support over the past year has meant everything to us.
