Bâton Rouge Downtown Ottawa Helps Raise $160,000 for Children Battling Cancer

At Bâton Rouge, we believe in more than exceptional dining, we believe in building community with our loyal guests. Last week, our Downtown Ottawa location proudly provided food for a major fundraising event benefiting CHEO (The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario) and the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre. The result was extraordinary: an incredible $160,000 raised to support children battling cancer.

This generous contribution was made possible by the remarkable leadership of the Downtown and committment of our Ottawa team. General Manager Leonidas has been part of the Bâton Rouge family for over 20 years. His deep knowledge of the brand, having previously served as a franchisee, continues to guide his work today. Leonidas leads with enthusiasm and vision, constantly bringing new ideas to the table and finding innovative ways to grow the business. His energy and commitment inspire both his team and the guests who walk through the door every day.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Nitin and Geeta, our newest franchisees, to the Bâton Rouge family. Their ambition and fresh perspective bring a new energy to the Downtown Ottawa location. With a strong focus on digital growth and community engagement, they’re already planning events to connect with local guests, starting with an exciting celebration happening October 30th.

Congratulations to Leonidis, Nithan, and Geeta for such a successful event, and thank you to everyone who continues to support the cause.
