A Sparkling Start to the Season: Behind the Scenes of Our Holiday Launch Event in Montreal

The holidays are officially here—and at Bâton Rouge, we’re welcoming the season with flavour, fire, and festive flair.

Last Wednesday, we kicked things off in Lasalle with an exclusive Holiday Influencer Event, bringing together our passionate team and some of the city’s top food and lifestyle influencers. The atmosphere was nothing short of magical with warm candlelight, holiday reefs and decorative balloons. Our guests dressed in holiday chic, wearing deep reds, sparkles to capture the essence of seasonal elegance. A live DJ kept the energy high, turning the evening into an unforgettable celebration that lit up the night—Bâton Rouge style.

This event was a celebration of everything we love about the holidays: good food, great company, and moments you'll never forget. It also marked the official launch of our much-anticipated our limited-time Holiday menu.

Our guests were the first to experience:

The Holiday Tower – a decadent two-tiered spread featuring calamari, cauliflower wings, shrimp cocktail, lobster tail, our famous ribs, flame-grilled bavette, and grilled chicken. Served with golden fries, creamy coleslaw, and grilled seasonal vegetables—it’s built to impress and made to share.

The Fireside Spritz – a festive blend of Aperol, Saint-Raphaël, ginger beer, and Prosecco with a touch of edible glitter. It’s bright, bubbly, and perfectly crafted to toast the season in style.

The Black Forest Cake –A rich slice of chocolate cake layered with mascarpone cream and cherry purée, garnished with caramel brownie chunks and white chocolate shavings. It’s the perfect festive finish.

Barolo Wine Pairings – hand-selected to complement the richness and depth of our holiday creations.
