Cooking instructions

Heating Instructions - Since appliances vary, heating instructions are guidelines only. DO NOT OVERCOOK. CAUTION: French fries will be hot; use caution when removing.


  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF/230ºC.

  2. Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a cooking sheet or a shallow baking dish.

  3. Bake 10 to 20 minutes to desired colour and crispness, turning potatoes once or twice.

  4. Serve immediately after cooking.

Deep fryer

  1. Preheat fryer to 350ºF/180ºC.

  2. Place frozen French fries in fryer, no more than half full.

  3. Cook 2 to 3 minutes to desired colour and crispiness, then remove fryer basket and excess of oil.

  4. Serve immediately after cooking.
