Made with Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda and infused with blackberries. Served over ice and garnished with fresh blackberries and lemon, it is fruity and refreshing.
- THE MARIANA CLUB 12
Infused with raspberries, it is prepared with Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Crowned with fresh raspberries and lemon, it is complex and surprising.
- THE LOOP MULE 13
Mule prepared with our Gin made from scraps of potatoes from the food industry, lime juice, simple syrup, ginger beer. Served on ice and topped with mint and lemon, it has bite (in addition to thumbing its nose at food waste!).
