APPETIZERS:

  • SPINACH DIP: Warm blend of spinach, artichoke hearts & cheese, tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream 
  • CHEDDAR DIP: Warm blend of cheeses, diced tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, tortilla chips
  • CALAMARI: Lightly battered calamari, Cajun spices, ancho-chipotle sauce 
  • CHICKEN TENDERS: Three hand-battered chicken tenders, BBQ & Dijonnaise sauces

MAINS:

  • CLASSIC TOP SIRLOIN: Our finest 8 oz. Top Sirloin hand-selected for superior marbling to produce a rich flavour, aged for premium tenderness and seasoned with our own spice blend 
  • SANTA FE CHICKEN: Freshly marinated & flame-grilled chicken breast, grilled red peppers & zucchini, crumbled goat cheese, jardinière sauce
  • 10 o z . BBQ PORK BACK RIBS: Our signature fall-off-the-bone pork back ribs, slow-cooked at low heat for 8 hours until they’re mouthwateringly tender and basted with our made-in-house classic Bâton Rouge BBQ sauce 
  • CATCH OF THE DAY: Ask your waiter for our choice of fresh fish

The dishes above are served with garlic mashed potatoes, baked potato, sweet potato fries or seasonal vegetables;  choices among the following: French fries, coleslaw, baked beans, two OR wild rice pilaf or hot cinnamon apples.
