FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND ENJOY THAT IRRESISTIBLE BÂTON ROUGE
FLAVOUR IN YOUR VERY OWN HOME, YARD, OR BALCONY.

RIBS BBQ

Fire up the BBQ to high heat.
Remove ribs from the packaging.
Place ribs on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes while basting with BBQ sauce. Turn the rack over and then cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, again, basting from time to time. Get some hand towels ready and bon appétit!

RIBS OVEN

15 to 20 minutes at 400°F
Preheat your oven to 400°F
Remove ribs from the packaging.
Place the ribs in the oven on a foil-lined baking tray or ovenproof dish and coat them in half the Bâton Rouge BBQ sauce.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turn the ribs halfway through and baste with the remaining sauce. Delicious!

STEAKS

Fire up your grill and set it to high. Brush both sides of the steaks with a quality oil and season liberally with our famous steak spices. Place the meat on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and slightly charred. Flip the steaks and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare (internal temperature of 135 °F), 5 to 7 minutes for medium (140°F) or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well (150 °F).
Now, transfer the steaks to a cutting board or platter, tent loosely with foil, and leave to rest 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy your succulent, tender, uniquely flavoured Bâton Rouge steaks!

CHICKEN

Preheat your grill to medium high and cook the chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked right through and no pink remains (the center should reach 165°F). Leave the chicken 3 minutes. Plump, tender, tasty: that’s Bâton Rouge chicken.

PRECOOKED BAKED POTATOES

Place your precooked baked potato, wrapped in foil, on the grill and reheat for 20 minutes. Garnish with your favourite BR trimmings. Start with spreading butter on the inside of the potato, perfect by adding sour cream and topping with cheese, onion & bacon.

CAESAR SALAD

Add lettuce to your favourite salad bowl, add croutons, dressing and top with parmesan cheese.
